Took these at 6:00ish and just literally doubled my time, distance, and calories burned on the elliptical. Can't believe how much of a difference these made in my workout--plus they're good for me! How are you doing with your #oolafitness this week? I've moved my body 3/4 days, but did a pretty terrible job at making good food choices. A work in progress. I've learned a lot about what it will take to make better choices even when unexpected events come up. We've got to have some freezer options ready in the future and some quicker food options that are still delicious and healthy. I know that's going to mean being proactive and intentional in the kitchen. Do you have a contingency plan for when schedules get turned upside down?
